Michael Cusick is a Partner at Clarity Partners, focusing on state government operations and systems. Michael comes from a diverse background with over 25 years of experience in consulting, practicing law, teaching and business. For the past fifteen years, he has provided management consulting services to state and local public sector clients, across a broad range of solution areas.
Michael’s projects include data center consolidation, shared services design and implementation, strategic sourcing, IT cost takeout, state IT governance, organizational design, internal audit, QA, IV&V, PMO, vendor management, RFP development, vendor selection and contract negotiation.
Prior to Clarity, Michael served in Deloitte Consulting’s State & Local practice, working extensively with the State of Illinois. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the Dominican University’s Brennan School of Business. Prior to entering the consulting field, Mr. Cusick practiced law and operated a Blockbuster Video Franchise.
Michael holds a J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
