Caroline Iroegbu

Caroline Iroegbu currently serves as General Counsel at Clarity since October 2022, following a tenure as Senior Legal Counsel for EMEA at Liquidnet from April 2018 to October 2022. Caroline has also held mentoring roles at Imperial Venture Mentoring Service from September 2017 to October 2022, and served as Managing Associate at Ignition Law from June 2015 to March 2018. Additional experience includes freelance work at WellFed in early 2015, a brief consultancy at Lyst in April 2015, and legal advisory roles at Markit from May 2013 to March 2015. Earlier career stages comprised corporate associate roles and trainee solicitor experience at Ashurst, with responsibilities including due diligence and document production for major acquisitions. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Literae Humaniores from the University of Oxford and completed secondary education at Wycombe Abbey School.
