Sara Ikenaga

Sara Ikenaga is the Office Administrator at Clarity Recruitment. Sara previously worked as a server at Momofuku from January 2016 to September 2021. During their time at Momofuku, they were responsible for communicating with fellow servers, support staff and back of house staff to ensure customer satisfaction and for an efficient service while still working independently on assigned section. Sara also attended to multiple customers simultaneously for faster turnovers with regular check-ins for quality service assurance. Additionally, they adapted to changing menu options, ingredients and allergy alerts and notifying guests when required.

Prior to working at Momofuku, Sara was the Orientation Coordinator at the University of Toronto - New College from September 2015 to December 2017. During their time there, they prepared and planned a week of events for 900 participants with a budget of $100,000 in a 6 month time period. Sara also hired and managed 9 student executive team members and 140 student leaders alongside a co-coordinator. Furthermore, they obtained external sponsorship for both monetary, product and food towards budget and events. Lastly, they executed large scale events in collaboration with large organizations such as the Royal Ontario Museum and City of Toronto.

Before their role as Orientation Coordinator, Sara was a hostess at Milestones Grill and Bar from October 2014 to January 2016.

Sara Ikenaga has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto. Sara also has a certification from the Project Management Institute in Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

They work with Andrew Seeley - VP, Client Services & Executive Search, Katya Forsyth - CFO Advisor, and Aoife Kernan - Team Lead, Recruitment, Project & Interim Division. Sara Ikenaga reports to Joe Diubaldo, President & Founder.
