Kevin Marchetti

Kevin Marchetti is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Clarity Software Solutions, Inc. since August 2022, Kevin has effectively partnered with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Previously, as Human Resources Generalist at Visiting Angels of Woodbridge and its subsidiaries, Kevin managed a team to enhance HR operations in support of company goals. Earlier roles at Numotion included Recruiting Manager, where full cycle recruitment for a large-scale organization was overseen, and Talent Acquisition Supervisor, where training and team management were key responsibilities. Kevin's career began as a Consultant at National Training Associates, focusing on client relationships and training delivery.
