Anyu Gao

Anyu Gao serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Technology at Clarivate, focusing on organizational health and driving transformational changes to meet strategic objectives. With a robust background in Agile delivery and program management, Anyu led the Agile Transformation Program at Clarivate, enhancing Agile fluency and fostering an ecosystem for continuous improvement. Previously, Anyu held various leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, including Programme Director for Life Sciences and Senior Project Manager, overseeing project management offices and leading teams in delivering customer solutions. Anyu also gained valuable experience at Reuters as a Technology Graduate. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge, Anyu holds a PhD in Video Compression and Transmission from the University of Bristol and a degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Bradford.
