Donnie Qi

Donnie Qi is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in translational medicine and laboratory informatics. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Clarivate since November 2016, Donnie previously worked as a Data Scientist in Translational Medicine at Thomson Reuters and held the position of Senior Consultant at IDBS, where a focus on delivering solutions for healthcare and life sciences was prominent. Earlier career experience includes a role as Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, specializing in knowledge management and drug target discovery, and as part of the Mouse Genome Informatics team at The Jackson Laboratory, concentrating on scientific data curation and genome annotation. Donnie Qi holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Leeds.
