Guru Prakash Prasanna

Guru Prakash Prasanna is an experienced audit and finance professional with a diverse background in internal auditing and financial management. Currently serving in the Internal Audit department at Clarivate since April 2023, Guru previously held the position of Audit Director at S&P Global from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior roles include Director of Accounting and APAC Internal Audit at IHS Markit, Finance Manager and APAC SOX Manager at NetApp, Senior Auditor at Oracle, and Audit Specialist at HP. Guru began a career in finance as an Analyst at GE Capital and as an Articled Trainee at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountant credentials from ICAI, a Certified Internal Auditor designation from IIA, a Certified Information Systems Auditor certification from ISACA, and a Commerce degree from Bangalore University.
