Niran Abeygunawardena

Niran Abeygunawardena is an experienced professional who has held various technical positions in the software and bioinformatics field. With a background in Genetics and Bioinformatics, Niran has worked as a Senior Technical Architect at Clarivate since December 2021. Prior to that, Niran held roles such as Senior Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer at ProQuest. Niran also served as a Director at Mentor Software Ltd. and worked as a Scientific Web Programmer and Senior Java Developer at the European Bioinformatics Institute. Niran completed an MSc in Bioinformatics from The University of Manchester and a BSc (Hons) in Genetics from the University of Nottingham.
