Oren Beit-Arie

Oren Beit-Arie currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation for Academia and Government at Clarivate since April 2022 and also holds the title of Strategic Advisor. Prior to this role, Oren was President of Books and Chief Strategy Officer at ProQuest from June 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives and product development. Oren's extensive experience at Ex Libris Group spanned nearly two decades, ending in June 2018, where Oren held multiple senior positions including Chief Strategy Officer and President of the Information Services Division, driving the transition to a major SaaS provider and overseeing the launch of new electronic products for academic libraries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Theoretical Linguistics from Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
