Ethan Quirk

Ethan Quirk, CFSP has extensive experience in the culinary and food service industry, currently serving as Sales Manager for The Restaurant Store at Clark Associates since May 2015. Previous positions include Executive Chef-Client Manager at Sodexo from October 2014 to December 2015, Chef/Department Manager at Delaware Park Racetrack & Slots from April 2013 to November 2014, and Chef at Del Rose Cafe from January 2012 to March 2013, where responsibilities included kitchen management, staffing, and menu development. Ethan began a culinary career as Executive Chef at Polidoro Italian Grill from November 2008 to August 2011, focusing on food concept and staffing. Educational background includes a degree in Liberal Arts from Salem Community College, completed in 2013, and a diploma from Salem High School, graduated in 2006.
