Debra Hoyt

Debra Hoyt has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Debra is currently the SVP of Organization Development & Chief People Officer at Clark Atlanta University. Prior to their current role, they were a consultant for Cox Communications, Inc. and VP of Human Resources for their Business Services Division. Hoyt has also held positions as VP of Transaction Management at First Union National Bank and SVP of People Services at Chamberlin Edmonds. Throughout their career, they have partnered with C-level executives and business leaders to assess and overhaul organizational design, job scope and talent levels within operations to improve service delivery and performance against production and financial targets.

Debra Hoyt has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Debra is an honors graduate of the school.
