Rita McGlothin

Rita McGlothin is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in project management and mentoring. Currently serving as Project Program Coordinator at Clark Atlanta University since November 2025, Rita has also founded and leads Just Be Beautiful, Inc., a mentoring organization established in April 2007 that focuses on developing effective mentoring practices. Previously, Rita worked at Atlanta Public Schools from June 2016 to November 2025 in various roles, including Project Manager for Retention and Development, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing complex projects aimed at staff development and retention, training future educators, and managing recruitment operations. Rita's career began as a teacher and includes significant administrative experience in educational settings, complemented by multiple degrees and certifications in education, instructional technology, and counseling.
