David Reece

David Reece has a diverse work history in the construction and planning industries. David began their career as a Principal at Harley Ellis Devereaux/Ellis Naeyaert Genheimer in 1983. In 2000, they joined Skanska USA Building Inc. as a Senior Vice President until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as Director at Clark Construction Company and then transitioned to become their Senior Vice President until 2018. David recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Clark Construction Company. Additionally, Reece has experience as a Planning Commissioner at the City of Rochester Hills from 2008 to 2021, and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Macomb Oakland Regional Center from 2011 to 2019.

David Reece attended Notre Dame High School, although the specific dates are unknown. David then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture at Lawrence Technological University, completing their studies from 1977 to 1982.
