With a background as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, Togasii oversaw the operation of Naval Nuclear Power Plants and managed programs related to nuclear power and radiation health. As a Midshipman at the United States Naval Academy, Togasii led engineering design competitions and served in leadership roles overseeing student government and charitable activities.
