Dean Blair

Dean Blair is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Clark County Fairgrounds since May 2016. Prior to this role, Dean held the position of Director of Business Development at Kapp Construction Inc from April 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities included enhancing and cultivating business relationships and partnerships.
