Mark Schock is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at Clark County School District since July 2020, Mark has previously held positions such as Sous Chef at FoodFirst Global Restaurants and Assistant Chef at MGM Resorts International, where responsibilities included menu planning, organization, and sanitation compliance. With a strong foundation built from roles as a Master Cook at prestigious establishments like Aria Jean George Steakhouse and Bellagio Prime Steakhouse, Mark's expertise encompasses high-volume kitchen operations, team training, and menu development. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and completed management training at MGM Resorts University.
