Jeffrey Baird CEC is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the culinary industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Virginia since March 2023, Baird has held multiple executive chef positions at Aramark and LifeWorks Restaurant Group from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Baird was a Corporate Executive Chef at Performance Food Group from January 2015 to February 2020 and an Adjunct Instructor at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College from August 2014 to May 2019. Baird also owned and managed Avenue 805 from July 2007 to June 2014, served as Sous Chef and Pastry Chef at Chez Foushee, and held various sous chef positions at Comfort Restaurant and Marriott International. Baird's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Stratford University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
