Joseph Mintz

Joseph Mintz is the CEO and Governor of Joseph J. Mintz Law Firm, PLLC since April 2019, and concurrently serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program since August 2018, conducting monthly clinics focusing on landlord-tenant issues and offering pro bono legal representation for qualifying clients. Previously, Joseph held the position of Manager at Central Washington University's University Housing and New Student Programs from September 2012 to June 2013, where oversight of Resident Assistants and the maintenance of safety protocols were key responsibilities. Earlier, Joseph worked as a Resident Assistant during 2011-2012, implementing educational programs to support residents' development. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University, and attendance at the University of Idaho College of Law.
