Regina Rudisill

Regina Rudisill, Esq. currently serves as General Counsel at Elizabeth City State University, where responsibilities include assisting the NC Attorney General's office with university litigation, advising personnel on legal issues, and drafting and negotiating business contracts. Previously, Regina owned and managed a law office specializing in unemployment compensation, contract issues, and traffic matters while also volunteering at Legal Aid of North Carolina to assist clients in landlord-tenant and bankruptcy cases. With experience as Assistant General Counsel at Appalachian State University and Director of Student Conduct at Fayetteville State University, Regina has a strong background in higher education law. Additionally, Regina has held roles as an Appeals Hearing Officer for the City of Fayetteville and has legal clerk experience from various institutions. Regina earned a Doctor of Law degree from Southern University Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fayetteville State University.
