Bill Emker

Bill Emker has gained extensive experience in the recruitment field. Bill began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Peter Kazella & Associates, Inc. in January 2015, where they worked until September 2015. Bill then joined Spectraforce Technologies as a Corporate Recruiter, Executive Recruiter, and Recruitment Trainer from October 2015 to June 2016. Following this, they worked at Clark Davis Associates, starting as an Executive Recruiter, and gradually progressed to roles including Senior Executive Recruiter, Executive Recruiting Manager, and Associate Director. In September 2019, they became an Executive Director and continued to take on more responsibilities, including managing nationwide accounts with Pharmaceutical & Biotech clients and overseeing three direct reports. Bill has achieved significant accomplishments, such as being the top biller in 2022 and achieving a monthly billing record of $302,460.

From 2009 to 2013, Bill Emker attended Montclair State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies. In addition to their major, they also specialized in Environmental Justice and Sociology during their time at the university.
