Deb Reardanz

Having held a number of responsibilities at Clark-Lindsey, Deb enjoys the challenge and rewards as President and CEO. A Certified Public Accountant and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Deb says about working at Clark-Lindsey, “I enjoy the family atmosphere of dedicated employees. We work alongside residents to create a place where residents and employees can continue to grow and learn and have fun at the same time. I also appreciate the spirit of innovation and the strong sense of community and support.” About her responsibilities at Clark-Lindsey, she ranks among her top priorities fostering an environment of mutual respect among residents and employees and providing solutions to the ever-changing needs and wants of the residents and their families.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Eastern Illinois University. She is past President of the Executive Club of Champaign County and past President of Leading Age Illinois, an organization that strives to improve senior living services throughout the state.
