Brian Gurczynski

Brian Gurczynski is a senior architect and associate with nearly 20 years of design and project management experience. Focusing on government, public safety, higher education, and commercial clients, Brian has a reputation as a natural leader and team player who is adept at managing tight schedules and complex design solutions. He is passionate about applying the latest design technology and serves as a mentor to junior team members.

Outside of work, Brian is active in his community and is a longtime volunteer member of the City of Chesapeake’s Community Emergency Response Team. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife and two children.
