Kashif Nazir

Kashif Nazir has worked in the IT industry since 2015. Kashif began their career as an IT Service Desk Analyst at St John Ambulance, where they were the first point of contact for over 2000 employees and 20,000+ volunteers. Kashif provided primarily remote support over the phone and emails using Logmein123 (remote desktop) and SCCM. In 2016, they transitioned to Aspen Insurance Group as a Service Desk Analyst – Second Line Support, providing 2nd line and 3rd line IT support in ITIL environment. Kashif also managed SCCM desktop Win 10 image management and improvement, as well as packaging (Orca, MSI, EXE, PowerShell, CMD) and deployment of applications via SCCM. In 2019, they joined Cloudhouse as a Technical Manager and Professional Services Consultant. In this role, they analyzed customer workloads and developed best practices for migrations in relation to Cloudhouse and AWS EMP packages. Kashif also leveraged their AWS knowledge to accelerate cloud migrations and AWS EMP implementation. Kashif also applied packaging and remediation for Windows Desktop (Win XP – Win 10), Server (Win 2003 – Win 2019) and Internet Explorer (IE6 – IE11) Web Applications, as well as technical implementation of Cloudhouse Containers for infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Citrix XenApp, SCCM, App-V and Ivanti AppSense.

Kashif Nazir's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Management from Coventry University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Kashif also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Missouri State University as part of an exchange program between 2008 and 2009. Additionally, Kashif has obtained a number of certifications, including a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in August 2022, an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in August 2015, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (SAP) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2020, an AWS Certified Developer - Associate (CDA) from AWS in July 2020, an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA) from AWS in May 2020, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from AWS in March 2020, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) from AWS in December 2019, a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in March 2017, a CompTIA IT Operations Specialist - CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA in February 2020, and a CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in February 2020.
