Grant Shaver

Grant Shaver is a Senior Manager at Clark Nuber PS. Prior to their current position, Grant worked at KPMG US as a State and Local Tax Manager from October 2010 to March 2020. Grant has extensive experience advising clients on state taxation of software, cloud computing services, digital products, digital automated services, data processing services, and data hosting as it relates to sales and product offerings as well as b2b purchases. Additionally, Grant has provided consulting services for Washington tax incentives for high technology and manufacturing businesses and public research institutions. Grant has also helped clients with preparing state and local tax returns, assisting with tax planning to reduce multistate income and franchise taxes, and more.

Grant Shaver has a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting from Western Washington University. Grant is certified by the Washington State Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
