Andrew Spencer

Andrew Spencer is a shareholder and associate attorney at Clark Partington, having served in this capacity since November 2015, focusing on labor and employment litigation, compliance, non-compete litigation, enforcement, business and contractual disputes, and general civil litigation. Previously, Andrew held the position of law clerk at Clark Partington for a brief period in 2014 and completed a legal externship at Legal Services of North Florida in 2013. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law between 2012 and 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, completing studies from 2007 to 2012.
