James R. Green

James R. Green is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in law practice and research. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Clark Partington since January 2011, James previously held the position of Partner at Green & Green from May 2007 to December 2010. In earlier roles, James worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Charles W. Ehrhardt, contributing to the editing of the 2007 edition of Florida Evidence, and served as a Clerk at the First District Court of Appeal's Central Staff. James earned a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from the University of North Florida, awarded in 2003.
