Troupe Brewer

Troupe Brewer is a seasoned attorney and shareholder at Clark Partington, where responsibilities have been held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Troupe spent a decade co-founding MozCause, a non-profit focused on community development in Mozambique, and served as Principal at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C., dealing with various water-related legal issues. Troupe's background also includes experience at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Senate of Texas, and various legal internships, all of which contributed to significant expertise in environmental law and regulatory compliance. Troupe holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Samford University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
