Jeff Groff

Jeff Groff is currently the Director Of Information Services at Clark Public Utilities since 2000. Jeff previously served as an Infantry Unit Leader in the USMC and has a BS in Technology from Eastern Washington University and an A.A.S. in Data Networking and Telecommunication from Clark College. Jeff is also a board member and Curriculum committee member at Leadership Clark County.
