Liz Siemer

Liz Siemer is currently serving as a Senior Applications Developer / Analyst at Clark Public Utilities, where Liz designs and develops custom software applications to improve efficiency. With previous experience at Viewpoint Construction Software and Jenkon, Liz has a strong background in .NET development, Agile product development, and database design. Liz also has experience as a Sr. QA Software Engineer / Scrum Master, where Liz automated UI tests and managed QA processes. Liz holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Portland.
