Louann Shawver

LouAnn Shawver has over 35 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. LouAnn is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Communication at Clark Retirement Community since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Clark Retirement Community from December 2019 to January 2021. LouAnn also held the position of Director of Development at Clark Retirement Community Foundation from August 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Clark Retirement Community, Shawver worked as a Director at Porter Hills from March 2012 to July 2017. LouAnn also served as a Senior Manager at PriorityHealth from November 2005 to March 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Holland Home from 1995 to 2002 and as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Lakeshore HMO from 1985 to 1991.

LouAnn Shawver attended Michigan State University from 1977 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
