Paul Paetow has worked in the food service industry since 1991. Paul began their career as an Executive Chef at Service America Corporation. In 1994, they joined Aramark Corporation, where they held various roles including Resident District Manager, General Manager, General Manager - Safety Leader, Director of Operations and East Region Support, and Food Service Director. In 2017, they became a Field Consultant at IFSM Consulting, and they are currently the Director of Business Development at Clark Services Group, a sales professional serving Metro NY to MD.
Paul Paetow began their educational journey in 1984 at the United States Naval Training Center, where they obtained a Mess Management Specialist Certification in Mess Management. In 1988, they continued their education at The Culinary Institute of America, where they earned an AOS in Culinary Arts. Paul completed their studies in 1990. Additionally, Paul is Serve Safe Certified, as certified by the National Restaurant Association.
