Jenny S. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenny began their career as a Legal Secretary at Tinsdills Solicitors and worked there for seven years. Jenny then transitioned into the education and training sector, working as a Customer Service Assessor at Total People for a few months. Jenny further expanded their skills as a Training Officer at Borough Training, where they were responsible for assessing and internally quality assuring various qualifications. After the acquisition of Borough Training by PM Training, they continued their role as an Assessor, IQA, and Teacher Trainer. At PM Training, they also served as the Apprenticeship Development Manager, overseeing the design and development of apprenticeship standards. Prior to their current position as the Head of Apprenticeships and Skills at Stoke on Trent College, Jenny worked as the Quality Manager at Achieve Training. In this role, they were a part of the Senior Management Team and was responsible for various tasks including curriculum development, assessment strategies, and ensuring compliance with ESFA regulations. Additionally, Jenny has been involved in educational governance, currently serving as a Co-opted Governor at Watermill School.
