Yingying Chen is currently the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at Clark University. Previously, Yingying worked as a Research Associate at the Jeanne X. Kasperson Research Library and as a Program Assistant at the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs.
Yingying has always been interested in research and education. As a Research Associate, they conducted and assisted with research in fields of sustainability, energy, environment, and global development. Yingying also summarized historical New England Environmental Impact Reports. Yingying enjoyed helping patrons and supervising facilities when necessary.
As a Program Assistant at the Albright Institute, Yingying provided administrative and logistical support for the Wellesley College's successful inaugural collaboration with Peking University. This included strategic planning, fellow selection, communication, and logistical coordination between Wellesley, PKU and the U.S. embassy in Beijing. Yingying also administered training and orientation to summer interns for domestic and international placements.
Yingying's experience in research and education has led their to their current position as the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at Clark University. In this role, Yingying is responsible for coordinating graduate admissions activities, managing recruitment events, and communicating with prospective students. Yingying is passionate about their work and is dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals.
Yingying Chen has a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Clark University and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Renmin University of China.
