Carolina Ricardo has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Carolina began their career as an Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Community College in 2003, where they stayed until 2005. In 2009, they joined MedEnvios Healthcare as a Human Resources Manager and remained in that position until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Carolina worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Intermedix. Following that, they transitioned to Professional Aviation Management, where they served as a Human Resources Manager/Employee Relations from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Carolina joined ClarkDietrich Building Systems as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. With their extensive experience and expertise, Carolina has developed a strong understanding of human resources functions, employee relations, and business partnerships.
Carolina Ricardo, MSHRM, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Management from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their master's degree, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in Humanities, at Tecnologica University from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their formal degrees, Carolina has also obtained certifications in various areas. Carolina completed the Certified Professional Coach program at the Center of Coaching Certification in 2020 and became a Certified DISC Practitioner through Assessments 24x7.
