Michael Cerni, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career as a Boom Operator in the USAF from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Cerni Motor Sales, where they served as a Management Internship and later as a Service Writer until 2013. Continuing their career, Michael joined ClarkDietrich Building Systems in 2014 as an Operations Manager Trainee. Michael then took on the role of Production Manager from 2015 to 2020. Throughout their tenure, they successfully led the regional planning team, minimizing plant costs, optimizing operations scheduling, and managing inventory levels to meet customer fill rate requirements. As Regional Controller from 2020 to present, they collaborate with stakeholders to develop cost accountability tracking methods and establishes standard operating procedures for a new company acquisition.

Michael Cerni completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics at Youngstown State University from 2011 to 2013. Michael then pursued their MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2016 to 2018. In February 2017, they obtained the certification for "LinkedIn for Veterans" from LinkedIn.
