'Dele Olomide

Dele Olomide has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 and leading up to the present day. 'Dele currently holds the position of Head, Human Resources and Administration at Clarke Energy since January 2023. Prior to this, from July 2019 to January 2023, they served as the Human Resources Business Partner - Nigeria at Clarke Energy, where they were responsible for optimizing the People function and supporting business leaders in achieving results.

Before joining Clarke Energy, Dele worked as the People Operations Manager at BetKing Nigeria from October 2018 to July 2019, where they developed and implemented talent attraction strategies and employee engagement initiatives. From September 2015 to June 2018, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Perfetti Van Melle, leading talent identification and engagement efforts and providing solutions for people-related issues.

Dele's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resource Officer at Seven-Up Bottling Company Plc. from June 2011 to September 2015, and as a Course Teacher at Praise Academy, Ibadan from November 2009 to June 2011. 'Dele also worked as a Manager at MID-Omega Enterprises from July 2007 to November 2009 and as a Department Sub-Head (Bible Study) at NCCF (Kwale Zone) from August 2008 to January 2009.

Dele Olomide completed a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSc. Ed) with a major in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, from 2002 to 2007. 'Dele then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Dele Olomide has obtained various certifications in areas such as business management, strategy, human resources, leadership, and organizational development from reputable institutions like the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, Nexford University, and LinkedIn. 'Dele also holds a Human Resource Professional License from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM (Official LinkedIn Account) which they obtained in December 2018.
