Diego González

Diego Gonzalez is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in battery pack development and product development. At Alta Motors from July 2013 to June 2015, Diego focused on battery analysis and testing, contributing to the transition from proof of concept to production-ready solutions. Prior to this role, Diego worked at Contour Energy Systems, Inc. from November 2010 to June 2013, where responsibilities included mechanical drawings, 3D modeling, laser welding, cell testing, and fixture design. Diego began a career in mentoring at GEAR UP from February 2009 to November 2010, guiding students in their educational and career aspirations. Diego holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
