Ricardo Sequeira

Ricardo Sequeira is an experienced structural engineer with a strong background in leading complex projects in various roles. Currently serving as Associate Director at Clarkebond since January 2021, Ricardo previously held the same title at AKT II, where responsibilities expanded through involvement in significant projects in central London. Earlier experience includes positions as Principal Structural Engineer at Pell Frischmann, leading the New Regent’s College Mixed Use Development, and as Senior Structural Engineer at Michael Barclay Partnership LLP, overseeing high-end residential projects. Additional roles included Structural Engineer positions at Buro Happold and Estupe, where design responsibilities encompassed a range of materials and techniques. Ricardo's academic credentials include a degree in structural engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, earned between 1998 and 2003. A gap year traveling through Southeast Asia enriched personal and cultural experiences prior to entering the engineering field.
