Caitlin Conway

Caitlin Conway has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Strategy and Digital Experience Delivery at Clarks, where they have been since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Global Digital Strategist at Clarks from August 2022 to October 2023. Before joining Clarks, Caitlin worked at Wayfair as an eCommerce Merchandising Manager from January 2022 to August 2022. At Wayfair, they focused on improving the customer and supplier experience by implementing systematic improvements and upgrading category strategies.

Earlier in their career, Caitlin worked at Reebok, where they held the positions of Manager, Global Brand Licensing from March 2017 to January 2022 and Associate Licensing Manager from September 2015 to March 2017. In these roles, they managed the implementation of rebranding strategies for licensed products, oversaw fair practice compliance, and supported the development of licensing strategies.

Before Reebok, Caitlin worked at Talbots as an Assistant Merchant from January 2015 to September 2015. In this role, they assisted in building assortments and seasonal buy plans.

Prior to that, they worked at New Balance as a Credit Representative from March 2014 to January 2015 and as a Credit Associate from May 2013 to March 2014. In these roles, they handled processing adjustments, reconciling account balances, and addressing account queries.

Caitlin started their career with co-op positions at EF Foundation for Foreign Study as a Program Support co-op from January 2011 to July 2011 and at Cengage Learning as a Production Co-op from January 2010 to July 2010.

Caitlin Conway earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. Caitlin participated in a five-year co-op program, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and English Literature.
