Kelley R. Langston is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in credit, collections, compliance, and supply chain management. Prior to Clarks, Kelley worked at Crocs from July 2016 to November 2019 as Director of Planning & Fulfillment and Director of Vendor Compliance, focusing on enhancing supply chain performance and regulatory compliance. Kelley's earlier career includes a tenure at Fila as Senior Director of Credit, Collections & Compliance, where Kelley developed corporate credit policies and cultivated a culture of compliance. Kelley's career began at Levi Strauss & Co., overseeing accounts receivable and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.
