Tara's career spans over two decades, including pivotal roles at Titan Protection and Consulting, Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club, and Theranos, demonstrating expertise in strategic HR management and benefits administration. Tara holds a BA in Sociology and Spanish from California State University - East Bay and has participated in a Spanish immersion program in Merida, Yucatan.
