Kimberly Hoch

Kimberly (Kimmie) Hoch currently serves as District Operations Manager at Clarkson Eyecare, where leadership has led to the district achieving #1 in Gross Sales per Exam in 2023. As a member of the 2023-2024 DM Center of Excellence team, Kimberly oversees operations for 14 locations in northern Illinois. In addition, Kimberly is the President and Chief Creative Officer at OD Social Pro, providing management consulting, leadership coaching, and marketing services since 2016. Kimberly has performed as a National Presenter for ChartHouse Learning since 2002, focusing on public speaking, staff training, and the FISH Philosophy. Previously, Kimberly held the role of Executive Vice President of Operations at Novus Clinic until its acquisition by Eyecare Partners, overseeing multi-location operations and various management functions for nearly 30 years. Additional experience includes serving as an independent marketing and management consultant for the Better Business Bureau of Akron. Kimberly's educational background includes study at Kent State University at Stark and Tallmadge High School.
