Lynn Pilkington is an experienced Inclusion and Engagement Consultant currently leading Lynn Pilkington Consulting since August 2020, providing training and consulting on equalities and engagement issues. Lynn also serves as an Associate Trainer and Consultant at Digital Bricks, focusing on mental health and inclusive cultures, as well as an Associate Consultant with Inclusive Employers, promoting workplace inclusion. In addition, Lynn is the Planning, Strategy and Engagement Lead at the Mobility & Access Committee for Scotland, advising on accessible transport for disabled individuals. Clarkston After School Service
Clarkston After School Service is an independent child care organisation providing out of school care to children in East Renfrewshire in the West of Scotland. We provide over 200 before and after school care places daily from our 3 registered services, as well as holiday club care from our Netherlee hub. We are currently developing a dedicated training section and expanding our provision to include the Forest School approach to child care provision.
