Janel Firestein is a partner and the Life Sciences Industry Lead for Clarkston Consulting. Prior to being named Life Sciences Industry Lead, Janel was responsible for the firm’s Regulatory and Compliance services practice.

During her tenure with Clarkston Consulting, Janel has been helping senior executives in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries to address their business challenges.

She is a frequent speaker and has become a recognized expert delivering business results in the areas of supply chain, quality, and regulatory. Janel also advises her clients in operational strategy, quality systems, business process improvement, supporting Information Technology, and change management.

Janel is an active member of the community, with a passion for Feed the Bay and GP2C charities. She is also a member of several industry organizations including Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA).

Janel received a B.S. in computer systems information technology from Purdue University.
