Eduardo Polidoro has a diverse work experience in various companies. Eduardo began their career as an Automation Engineer at Mercedes-Benz do Brasil Ltda., where they focused on control systems, PLC programming, and HMI programming. Eduardo then moved on to work for TURCK Inc. as an International KAM, responsible for business development and key account management in the networked industrial automation market.

After that, Eduardo joined OSRAM as a Product Manager, where they specialized in lamps, ballasts, and LEDs. Eduardo contributed to the development of new products, application engineering, and marketing planning. Following their time at OSRAM, they worked at Philips as a Senior Regional Product Marketing Manager and Segment Marketing Manager. Here, they managed product management, product development, marketing planning, and P&L management.

Eduardo then joined GE, where they held multiple roles. As a Product Manager for Brazil and Latin America, they contributed to the portfolio strategy. Eduardo later became the Product Director for Latin America, leading product management, quality, and regulatory teams. In their most recent role at GE, they served as the General Manager for Latin America, focusing on product and digital solutions for intelligent cities and environments.

Currently, Eduardo works at Claro Brasil, where they hold the position of Director IoT and M2M. Here, they oversee various projects related to smart grid, smart cities, connected cars, and more.

Eduardo Polidoro has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. Eduardo started their education journey with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia from 1998 to 2002. More recently, in 2016 to 2017, Eduardo attended the Data Science Academy to further their knowledge in Computer Science and Informatics, specializing in Data Science.
