Oscar Petersen

Oscar Petersen has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Oscar currently serves as the Presidente do Conselho de Signatárias do Sistema de Autorregulação das Telecom - SART at Sistema de Autorregulação das Telecomunicações - SART since 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Diretor Estatutário at CLARO NXT TELECOMUNICAÇÕES S.A. starting from 2019. Additionally, they have served as a Membro do conselho de administração at Claro Telecom Participaçõess S.A. and Telmex Solutions Telecomunicações S.A. since 2015. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice Presidente Jurídico e Regulatório at Claro S.A. from 2010 and held various leadership positions at Instituto Embratel, Embratel S.A., and a law firm in São Paulo.
