Daphne Pell

Daphne Pell, RHIA, CHRI, serves as Vice President at Claro Healthcare, specializing in outpatient clinical documentation improvement (OP CDI). Since July 2019, Daphne has overseen clinical and coding work, ensuring client satisfaction throughout OP CDI assessments and implementations. Previously, Daphne held roles as Assistant Vice President and Senior Consultant, guiding outpatient clinical and coding projects for diverse health systems. Daphne's experience spans leadership positions in Revenue Integrity at R1 RCM, HIM operations at St. Vincent Heart Center, and adjunct faculty at Indiana University's Health Information Administration Program. Daphne holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration from Indiana University.
