Carlos Galvez

Carlos Galvez has over 30 years of extensive experience in network operations and service delivery within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Network Operations Manager at Claro Puerto Rico since November 2013, Carlos oversees the supervision of various communication networks, ensuring efficient service restoration and minimal customer impact. Prior to this role, Carlos held multiple leadership positions at Ericsson from June 1997 to November 2013, including Lead of Service Delivery Managers for Latin America, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating customer operations and ensuring service delivery met contractual standards. Carlos began a career in telecommunications at Movilnet, contributing as a Technical Support Specialist and NOC Engineer. Additionally, formal education includes a Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering and managerial training from IESA.
