Joan Morales has extensive experience in customer service and marketing within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Business Customer Service Manager at Claro Puerto Rico since November 2014, Joan previously held the role of Marketing Administrator at Claro Empresas from January 2011 to October 2014. Joan's educational background includes studies at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
