Yvonne Vasquez G

Yvonne Vasquez G has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Yvonne began their career in 1984 as a System Analyst at PUCMM. Yvonne then joined Claro Codetel in 1986, where they held various positions including Director of Customer Service, Director of Mobile Operation, Director of Data Product Development, and Director of IT Corporate Projects. During their time at Claro Codetel, they successfully led a major IT project and managed a team of over 200 professionals. In 2010, Yvonne joined Claro RD as Director of Operation Provisioning, where they were responsible for managing logistics and support for fixed services. Alongside their roles in the telecom industry, they also worked as a Professor and Consultant at UNIBE, teaching on strategic service management and conducting research studies. Additionally, Yvonne served as the President of the Board of Directors at Colegio Babeque Secundaria, a non-profit high school. Yvonne'sextensive experience in various leadership roles showcases their expertise in operations, IT projects, customer service, and education.

Yvonne Vasquez G obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 1981-1986. Yvonne then went on to complete a Master's degree in Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in 1998-1999. In 2004-2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Service Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Most recently, in 2018, they obtained a certification in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Network.
